The terms for using Coralwickle and placing an order through this store.

Store operator and scope
Coralwickle is operated by Hangzhou Taohao Communication Co., Ltd.. Liu Qing is CEO. These terms apply to access to the store and purchases from it, alongside the Shipping, Return and Privacy policies. Please contact service@coralwickle.com if anything is unclear before placing an order.
Using the website
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate order and contact information. You must have the legal capacity and any required authorization to make the purchase. Do not interfere with security, misuse another person’s information, distribute malicious code or use the service for fraudulent transactions. Keep any account credentials secure.
Products, presentation and suitability
Read the item information before purchase. Lighting, screens and scene styling can affect how color and brightness appear. Props, furniture and plants in a scene are not included unless the item description expressly says so. A scene does not establish tested light output, weather protection, electrical compatibility or package contents. Check the item’s actual instructions and stated specifications before installation. If essential information is missing, ask us before ordering or installing.
Pricing, payment and order acceptance
Prices are in USD. Applicable shipping fees and collected taxes are shown at checkout. Discounts apply under their stated conditions. Payment processing is handled through the methods offered at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not an unconditional promise of acceptance in every circumstance. If a material price error, availability issue, payment problem or suspected misuse affects an order, we will contact you about correction, cancellation or any amount to be refunded, consistent with applicable law. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
Preparation, delivery and returns
Standard planning combines 5–10 business days of preparation with 10–15 business days of carrier transport after dispatch, for 15–25 business days total. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Standard shipping is $5.99 below a discounted merchandise subtotal of $50 and free at $50 or more; expedited service, where available, is $7.99 without an unconfirmed delivery guarantee. Read the Shipping Policy for details. Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery under the Return Policy, with approved refunds processed within 10 business days after return receipt and inspection.
Installation and safe use
Follow supplied instructions and the stated intended environment. Do not assume a product is suitable for rain, immersion, permanent outdoor exposure, mains connection or a particular voltage. Keep components and power connections away from hazards and use a qualified installer when needed. Do not use damaged lights or modify electrical parts. Decorative lighting should not replace essential safety or security illumination.
Content, external services and privacy
The store’s branding, text and design are protected as applicable by intellectual property law. Do not copy or misuse protected content without permission or another legal basis. Third-party links and services have their own terms and privacy notices; their inclusion does not guarantee their content or availability. Personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and mandatory rights
We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for indirect losses may be limited, but nothing here excludes liability or a remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. No term requires a customer to waive a non-waivable right.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to a consumer in their place of residence. Disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction at the company’s location in Hangzhou, except where applicable law provides another mandatory forum or right. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
Changes and contact
Updated terms apply as lawfully permitted and will carry a revised effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an accepted order. If a part is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent allowed by law.
