Where do you deliver?
This store currently serves the United States. Prices and shipping fees are in USD. Services available for the delivery address are shown at checkout.
How long should I allow?
Allow 5–10 business days for order preparation, then 10–15 business days for standard carrier transport after dispatch. The combined planning window is 15–25 business days. Weekends, relevant holidays and disruptions may extend the estimate. Expedited shipping does not remove preparation time.
What are the shipping charges?
Standard shipping is $5.99 below $50 and free at $50 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts. Expedited shipping is $7.99 where offered. No specific expedited arrival date is guaranteed without an express order commitment.
Are all lights suitable for uncovered outdoor use?
Placement depends on the individual item’s instructions and stated ratings. A garden photograph is styling guidance, not a weather-resistance or electrical rating. Confirm the intended environment, power requirements and installation method before use.
Are plants and furniture included?
Scene accessories and background props are not included unless the product information explicitly lists them. Please ask if the item listing does not resolve a package-content question.
Can I change an order?
Email promptly with your order number. Changes and cancellation depend on the preparation and dispatch stage. We cannot guarantee rerouting after dispatch.
How do returns and refunds work?
Email within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Personal-reason return postage is paid by the buyer; the return address is in Hangzhou, China. Approved refunds are processed to the original method within 10 business days after return receipt and inspection, plus provider posting time.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact service@coralwickle.com with the order number and a description. Photos of the item and packaging help when available. Keep packaging while we review the issue and explain the appropriate remedy.
