Privacy Policy
How information is handled when you browse, purchase or contact Coralwickle.
Effective date: November 7, 2026.
Who is responsible?
Hangzhou Taohao Communication Co., Ltd. operates Coralwickle and is responsible for the personal information it processes for this store. Contact service@coralwickle.com or the company address below. Shopify hosts the commerce platform and also processes information under its own applicable notices, including its Consumer Privacy Policy.
Information and sources
You may provide your name, email, delivery and billing addresses, optional telephone information, account details, order information and support messages. Checkout providers process payment information; please never email full card details. Technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, pages requested, cookies and similar identifiers can be collected through use of the store. Carriers, payment services and other service providers may return delivery, transaction or fraud-prevention information.
Why information is used
We use information to provide the storefront, process and fulfill orders, communicate about purchases, manage returns, protect the store, keep required records and respond to requests. Where applicable, the legal basis may be performing a contract, complying with law, consent, or a legitimate interest assessed against your rights. Optional marketing relies on the permissions required for your location; you can unsubscribe through the message or contact us. Essential order messages are separate from promotional subscriptions.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be shared as needed with Shopify, payment processors, delivery and fulfillment providers, hosting or technology support services, and professional advisers. It may also be disclosed for a valid legal obligation, to protect rights and investigate misuse, or in a lawful business transfer with appropriate safeguards. This notice does not assert that any particular advertising pixel or analytics integration is installed. Any such tools must follow applicable consent requirements and the choices offered on the store.
Cookies and your choices
Essential storage supports functions such as the shopping cart, security and checkout. Optional analytics, preferences or advertising technologies, if used, should follow the settings and consent requirements applicable to your visit. Use Privacy Choices for available store consent controls, browser options and direct requests. Blocking essential storage can affect shopping functions. A browser setting alone may not erase data already lawfully retained.
Retention, security and international processing
Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including order records, legal requirements, fraud prevention and dispute handling; retention varies with the record and applicable obligations. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures, but no service can promise absolute security. Our company is in China and Shopify and service providers may process data in other countries. Where a transfer requires a legal safeguard, the applicable recognized mechanism should be used.
Access, correction, deletion and other rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or an objection or opt-out relating to certain processing, sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We do not state that all these activities occur. Email the request and enough information to identify the relevant account or order. We may verify identity proportionately and explain any lawful exception. Authorized agents may need to show authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.
Children, complaints and updates
The store is intended for adult shoppers, not for collecting children’s information. If a child has submitted personal information, a parent or guardian can contact us. If you disagree with a privacy decision, write to us to request review; you may also complain to a competent privacy authority where applicable. Updates will be posted with a new effective date and additional notice where law requires it.
